How do refunds work for orders and subscriptions?Updated 2 months ago

We handle refunds promptly once they are confirmed by our systems. For single orders, typically a refund will be processed and should reflect in your account within a few days. In terms of subscription orders or recurring purchases, refunds can only be applied manually once the order has been triggered in our system. Additionally, while we are introducing a new system to facilitate easier application of store credits to recurring orders, currently, such refunds still require manual processing. Should you have any discrepancies on your payments or if there are any concerns about being billed multiple times, we advise you to provide screenshots or detailed information so we can resolve the issue effectively. Always make sure we have an existing order to work with when requesting refunds on future subscription cycles.
